Who we work with
We work with a diverse range of clients, from fitness trainers, opera singers, and public officials to financial advisors, churches, and horseback riding instructors. Whew, the list goes on. What is common to all of our clients is that we provide results.
As passionate as we are to work with new clients, we realize that we may not be a good fit for everyone. Creating a quality website is a thought and time intensive business, both for us and you. If you’re not prepared to invest in this, both in effort and financially, then we won’t be able to produce the results you desire. Please consider the below requirements before reaching out to us.

If you are unclear in your goals or who is your target audience, then we’ll never know if our work will meet your needs. This places unrealistic expectations on both of us. Please work through your goals and be clear on what you want to accomplish before reaching out to us. We’ll never be able to hit a moving target.

If you really want a winning website that knocks it out of the park, then you must be prepared to invest in it. Your website is a marketing effort, an online extension of your business. If you don’t treat it this way, then we won’t be able to either. We are not expensive, but if you are shopping on price only, then we won’t be able to help you.

Creating a website is a joint effort between us AND you. Besides frequent check-in and review meetings, we will need a steady supply of web content throughout the project. If you don’t treat this effort as a priority of your time and allocate for it, then we won’t be a good match together.

We don’t enjoy watching our clients melt down with the demands of a new project added to their already overwhelming workload. If you don’t have the time and resources to work on this project directly, or a team who can, then we don’t want to add to your stress of doing so. Again, our work together must be factored into your priorities.

The idea of a new website should be an exciting and worthwhile venture for your business. But, it takes some hard work to get there. Your forward-looking passion is necessary to stay the course. We will guide you along the way and do have processes in place to make the trip easier and as enjoyable as possible. If you’re not passionate about what we’re accomplishing together, then we may not be a good fit.
Frequently asked questions
A website that returns value to your business is an investment like any other marketing effort. We price our work fairly based on this value and within the bounds of the competitive marketplace. We are not the lowest priced but we believe that our services are worth it.
The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors, just like the cost of a car may vary. Our website projects generally start in the $5,000 range for basic business sites and range upward depending on your unique needs.
There are many factors that go into quoting a project that can only be done after a discovery session is performed to flesh-out the exact requirements of your website. Some of these factors are explained in the article, Five reasons why similar-looking websites cost different amounts.
We always start with the question, "What is your budget for a new website?" This is not a trick question. It allows us to keep the conversation bounded by what we can do for you within this budget.
Depending on the size of the project, we limit ourselves to working on two concurrent projects at a time. Typically, one project is getting designed while the other project is in development. This workflow ensures that each person is working on only one project at a time. In this way, your website gets the total attention that it deserves.
